Hello girlfriends! 
I am joining Heather, over at Beauty That Moves for This Week In My Kitchen blog hop! Stop by, it is a nice way to be inspired in your kitchen!

The highlight of this week was:

Middle Eastern Bean Salad

For the salad:

1-15 oz. can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), rinsed and drained
1-15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup of diced red onion
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup Kalamata olives (diced)

For the dressing:

3 cloves of garlic, minced
3 TBS. fresh lemon juice
1 TBS. olive oil
2 TBS. chopped parsley
1 teaspoon honey

Whisk dressing ingredients together. Pour down over salad ingredients. 
Toss and combine well...let rest in frig for about 30 minutes for flavors to marry. 
Sprinkle with Feta
