Hello girlfriends! 
I am joining Heather, over at Beauty That Moves for This Week In My Kitchen blog hop! Stop by, it is a nice way to be inspired in your kitchen!

The highlight of this week was:

Roasted Veggies ~ plain and simple

sweet potatoes
red potatoes
brussels sprouts 

you could add carrots, etc.
olive oil, sea salt, ground pepper, tarragon and other spices, etc.

block veggies, boil them for about 4 minutes, drain, drizzle and sprinkle and then roast about 25 minutes until browned to your liking

  2. oh that looks really yummy! I love roasting veggies. I grew Brussels sprouts for the first time this year and just harvested some the other day. Had them with leeks (also home grown) and bacon....so good too.
